"Mandala" is a term borrowed from the Sanskrit language (India) and literally means "circle". In our contemporary era, we call this circular-shaped designs. Often, it is an amalgamation of various symbols arranged together to represent a concentric circle in great detail. Traditionally, mandalas are created with colored sand, so it is a fleeting work since rain or wind destroy it. In our contemporary time, the mandala is simply drawn on a sheet of paper or, more simply, we color a symbol already printed with colored pencils.
